While Geneva Community High School does not endorse specific community agencies or therapists, we do work closely with local professionals. Feel free to use the suggestions below to help you find the right support or ask your student's counselor or social worker to help find an appropriate match.
Additionally, the CASA website provides extensive resources divided by county, age, and issue, including: anger management, child care, clothing assistance, crisis interventions, domestic violence issues, health care, transitional services, parenting support, recreation, transportation assistance, mentoring programs, and mental health services.
The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) provides several resources, including online, map-based programs that visitors can use to find facilities in their vicinity. Local organizations may be particularly helpful for addressing the mental health needs of adolescents in the Geneva community.
