All athletes must register on the Snap! website before the start of the season / first day of tryouts for all sports. You can find the Snap! registration login page here:

All athletes must have a current physical on file before the first day of tryouts. Athletes will NOT be allowed to participate without a current physical on file. Physicals must be UPLOADED to Snap. Please do not email or submit a hard copy. Here's how:
Physical Upload Instructions
Click on Register for Geneva High School
Click the Athlete’s Name
Click Upload Completed Form
Scroll down to click Browse
Navigate to the saved file and click Open
Click Upload (you will see Unapproved Physical File once it loads)
Click Save
If you get an error saying the file size is too large, please email the file to Jennifer Main at
[email protected]. The file will be compressed and returned to you for upload.
Once a physical is uploaded and saved, the Athletic Office will receive notification to review and approve. Note, we will only receive notification if the athlete is registered for a sport.
You have options if you don’t have access to a scanner. 1) You can use the Notes app (iPhone) or Camera app (Android) to scan multiple pages into one PDF document to upload. 2) You can take a photo of each page, but if you take a picture of each page and upload one at a time, I will only see the most recent. You'll need to upload all photos together in one document by opening a Word document, inserting each photo into a page, and then uploading that. 3) Your son or daughter can scan the physical using any copier in the building to an email address where the file can be saved and uploaded.
You will not receive a confirmation, but if submitted properly, you will see “Pending approval”, and once approved, you will see “Approved” in the Student Info section. See images below.
