Two current proofs of residency documents (one from each category A and B below) addressed to the guardian/resident to verify the student's address must be provided for ALL students enrolling, including:
-New students enrolling in Geneva CUSD 304
-Current student(s) with a change in address within the District during the school year
-Current student(s) annually as part of the annual verification process
-Currently enrolled students not on an affidavit
Category A
- Closing documents on your home (Warranty Deed, Bill of Sale OR Affidavit of Title) dated within the past 12 months
- Current year property tax bill (You can find your tax bill here: Kane County Tax Bill)
- Current residential lease dated within the past 12 months
Category B - current within the last 60 days
- Electric bill
- Water bill
- Cable television bill
- Gas bill
- Municipal/County utility bill
Items not accepted: driver’s license, checkbooks, rent receipts, mortgage statements, insurance papers, credit card statements, personal mail or cell phone bills.
Additional Support Needed
If a family is unable to provide residency documentation or requires additional support to complete the process, please select "Other - I require additional support" when completing the online enrollment form. An in-person appointment will then be set up to provide assistance.
