MIDDLE SCHOOL E-LEARNING SCHEDULE

On an E-Learning Day students will be expected to do the following.

Between 8:30-8:50 check their email for a link from the administration. This link will allow students to check that their computer will perform during e-learning. Once the student has verified, they can see and hear the administrator, they can log off. If a student’s computer is not working appropriately, they should complete a help tech help ticket ASAP. If it is not working by 9:00, then the parent should call in the student for attendance purposes.

Follow the schedule listed below. Students who are in a standard study hall do not need to report to that study hall time. Instead, if students need assistance from their study hall teacher, the student should email that teacher before the start of study hall to let them know they are coming to study hall for help.

Students who receive extra support during study hall through their IEP should plan to attend study hall. Similarly, if a student receives other services during study hall, they should check their emails from that teacher to see how to meet.

Students who are in both band/choir or orchestra/choir should look for an email from their teachers regarding what class to attend that day.

At 3:00 teachers will have time to assist students if needed. Students should email their teacher before 3:00 if they plan to meet with them. The student should use the link provided in TEAMS by the teacher.

For all classes, students are expected to be on screen with cameras on for as long as the teacher expects. For most classes there will be a period of “work time” when students can work independently off camera.
