Contractors- ROE Background Check
If your contractor is going to be on a Geneva CUSD 304 site for less than 5 days, ROE background check is not necessary. Contact Ashley Brenghause ([email protected]) for further information.
The Kane County Regional Office of Education (ROE) provides fingerprinting services for Geneva Community Unit School District (CUSD) #304.
LOCATED AT: 28 N. 1st Street Geneva, IL 60134
- Once approved by the Director of Facility Operations or their designee for the contractor to get a background check at the Kane County ROE, contact Ashley Brenghause with the following information:
- Your Name, Company Name, Email, the Project on Which You are Working, and the Location/Building.
- Pre-schedule an appointment with the ROE via their website:
- Locate the Kane County ROE Website at www.kaneroe.org
- Open the “Our Services” menu
- Follow the directions on the screen
- You will then receive a confirmation e-mail from the Kane County ROE
- The fingerprinting process takes approximately 15 minutes.
- Please bring a valid, non-expired photo ID and payment to the appointment.
- Inform Kane County ROE that the results will need to be sent to Geneva CUSD #304. Results are generally sent back within 7 to 10 business days.
- Ashley will contact you when the results are back and if you have been cleared or not. If you have been cleared, you will need to send Ashley a picture for the district issued badge.
- Once the badge is made, you will be contacted when it is ready for pick-up.
