The Business Services Office is responsible for Geneva School District’s finances and operations.
The responsibilities of the Business Services Office include:
- Finance: Budget, Financial Planning, Tax Levy
- Business: Purchasing/Vendor Contracts, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Administration of Employee Payroll System
- Facilities and Maintenance: Building Operations, Facilities Preventative Maintenance/Housekeeping/Custodial, Grounds Maintenance/Renovations/Repair, New Construction/Renovations/Repairs
- Food Services: School Lunch Program
- Transportation: Daily and Special Event Transportation, Route Planning/Student Bus Assignments
